Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Hardware Dynamics d.o.o. (hereinafter: the "Company") and service users (the "User"). By using this website or ordering services, you accept these terms.

1. Scope of services

Hardware Dynamics provides technical and IT services including, but not limited to:

  • Installation and maintenance of IT equipment
  • Network installations and infrastructure configuration
  • Servicing workstations and servers
  • Uninstallation and decommissioning of equipment
  • Secure data wiping
  • On-site IT support

All services are performed exclusively upon the client’s request and approval.

2. User obligations

The User is required to:

  • Provide accurate information about systems and equipment
  • Create data backups before any intervention
  • Provide access to the site and equipment
  • Confirm ownership of, or the right to use/dispose of, the equipment

The Company is not responsible for data loss if backups have not been created in advance.

3. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. We do not guarantee data recovery or absolute security of information systems.

Permanent data wiping services are carried out only with the User’s explicit approval. Once completed, the process is irreversible.

4. Limitation of liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.

The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service from which the dispute arose.

5. Payment

  • Invoices are payable within the agreed deadlines
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • Prices do not include VAT unless stated otherwise

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information obtained during cooperation confidential, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Termination of cooperation

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service in the event of:

  • Non-payment
  • Providing inaccurate information
  • Unlawful requests
  • Unsafe working conditions

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.

9. Changes to the terms

The Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time. By continuing to use the services, you accept the amended terms.
